What are the requirements to rent a scooter?
In Pico is required to have at least 18 years old and having a Driving License for the matching category (A1 or A). If you are at least 25 years old and have a B (car) license, you are also allowed to drive a scooter up to 125cc.
Can I take the scooter to another island?
Yes, you are allowed to bring the scooter to the “triangle”: São Jorge and Faial, as long as you return it to Pico. You can also pick it up and drop-off in Madalena ferry terminal, Airport and São Roque do Pico ferry terminal.
What insurance is included in the rental?
The mandatory insurance by law – third-party liability.
Is it mandatory to leave a deposit?

May I drop the scooter in a different location than the pickup?
Depending on the product you booked you may drop-off in a different location as long as it is in Pico.
